Frequency-to-voltage converter with a linear response

HZ to V click is a device that can convert input frequency of the signal with virtually any wave shape to a DC voltage output, with a level proportional to the input frequency. It has a linear response, and by applying a signal with the frequency between 10Hz to 10kHz on its input, the Click board™ will generate a DC voltage, ranging from 0V to 3.3V. Hz to V click features very good linearity, covers a wide input frequency range from 10Hz to 10kHz and it has good temperature stability.

I2C MUX Click
I2C MUX Click

I2C MUX Click is an quad bidirectional translating I2C and SMBus switch with reset function, intended for applications with I2C slave address conflicts (multiple, identical temp sensors). It features a quad bidirectional translating switch controlled via the I2C bus, labeled as TCA9546A from Texas Instruments. Click has three address jumpers, allowing up to eight TCA9546A devices on the same bus. I2C MUX click allows voltage translation between 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V buses, and also supports hot insertion. The TCA9546A can work on a 0 - 400 kHz clock frequency range and is ideal for communication with numerous devices that share the identical slave address on the same bus.

I2C MUX Click is supported by a mikroSDK compliant library, which includes functions that simplify software development. This Click board™ comes as a fully tested product, ready to be used on a system equipped with the mikroBUS™ socket.

iButton click
iButton click

iButton click - is an iButton™ probe Click board™. The iButton is a technology based on the one-wire communication protocol, and a chip usually packed in a robust stainless steel casing. The button-shaped iButton device has two contacts - the lid and the base. These contacts carry the necessary connections down to a sensitive silicone chip, embedded inside the metal button. When the iButton touches the reader probe on the Click board™, it establishes the communication with the host MCU, via the one-wire interface. The communication is almost instant, so it is enough to press the iButton lightly to the probe contacts.

IR Grid click is a thermal imaging sensor. It has an array of 64 very sensitive factory calibrated IR elements (pixels), arranged in 4 rows of 16 pixels, each measuring an object temperature up to 300°C within its local Field of View (FOV). The MLX90621BAD IR sensor used on this Click board™ has only four pins, and it is mounted inside of the industry standard TO39 package. It is equipped with 2Kbit of EEPROM for storing the compensation and calibration parameters. The MLX90621BAD IR sensor array IC has I2C compatible digital interface, allowing it to be interfaced with a wide range of different MCUs. The sensor used on this Click board™ offers 40° x 10° FOV. The sensor can output up to 512 frames per second (FPS).

Keylock click
Keylock click Keylock click carries a processed sealed key lock mechanism that can be set in three different positions. The click is designed to run on either 3.3V or 5V power supply. It communicates with the target microcontroller over the PWM, INT, and AN pin on the mikroBUS™ line. The click board™ comes with two keys and a protective cap for the mechanism.

L Meter click

L meter click is a compact and accurate Click board™, capable of measuring and monitoring the inductance of the external component. The board can be used to measure a wide range of inductance. The design is based on a single high-speed voltage comparator LM311 by which the frequency of the oscillating LC circuit is measured and, based on the known value of capacitance, measures the unknown inductance value. L meter click can be used to measure inductance as well as to check the accuracy and precision of the coil.

LLC I2C click can be utilized as the level converter for logic signals, which makes it a very useful Click board™. The topology of this logic level conversion (LLC) circuit is perfectly suited for the bi-directional I2C communication. Although there are some specialized integrated circuits on the market, sometimes it is more convenient to have a simple solution made of just a few passive elements and four MOSFETs. Besides this, MOSFETs can withstand up to 20V across their terminals (12V VGS), and they support far greater currents than typical ICs, making them less likely to fail. The LLC circuitry, also known as the level translator or level shifter, can be used in virtually any application that utilizes the I2C communication protocol and needs matching between the logic voltage levels.
